Our Career Opportunities

Still Waters is growing and on the look-out for just the right therapists to serve our clients with excellence.  The Still Waters team is a group of passionate professionals who hold ourselves to very high standards for the sake of providing the very best therapy for our clients.

The Still Waters' mission is based on a passage of scripture found in the book of Isaiah, verse 40:1, "Comfort my people! Comfort them, says your God".  Here, comfort means both to ease pain and to strengthen and encourage. Verse 40:1 is a turning point in the book of Isiah in two ways.  There is a turn from a focus on captivity to one of embracing the freedom and promises of God.  This verse is also where the book of Isaiah changes literary forms from a narrative account to poetry.  If Isaiah 40:1 resonates with you as a therapist, Still Waters might be the right place for you.

Candidates for the Still Waters' team are thoroughly vetted to insure we choose the very best.  We expect excellence.  In return, we seek to be an excellent place to work.  We want to add value to the lives of our team members, including offering a very generous compensation package.  We want our therapists to thrive and to love working at Still Waters.  We want this to be your best place to work and a delight in your life.

If you're an Alabama licensed psychotherapist with biblical skill and knowledge, and if our mission at Still Waters interests you, we'd love to talk.
