Still Waters Counseling Center Partnership Opportunity

Still Waters Counseling Center (Still Waters) is growing and on the look-out for just the right therapists to partner with us to serve our clients with excellence.  We are a group of passionate professionals who hold ourselves to very high standards for the sake of providing excellent therapy for our clients.

Still Waters operates as a therapy collective, meaning we function as a group of partners within a single private practice. We believe that we are better together, pooling resources and sharing wisdom and knowledge. Still Waters seeks to empower each therapist partner to grow and thrive according to his/her unique aspirations. We want every Still Waters therapist to find success beyond what he or she could achieve in a solo practice. By joining together and sharing an administrative team and business structure, it is possible for each of us to succeed beyond what would be possible on our own. That is how we roll, as a team.

The Still Waters mission is based on a passage of scripture found in the book of Isaiah, verse 40:1, "Comfort my people! Comfort them, says your God".  Here, comfort means both to ease pain and to strengthen and encourage. Verse 40:1 is a turning point in the book of Isiah in two ways.  There is a turn from a focus on captivity to one of embracing the freedoms and promises of God.  This verse is also where the book of Isaiah changes literary forms from a narrative account to poetry.  If Isaiah 40:1 resonates with you as a therapist, Still Waters might be the right place for you.

Candidates for partnership in Still Waters Counseling Center are thoroughly vetted to insure we onboard the best.  Excellence is the Still Waters standard.  As a part of that, we seek to make Still Waters an excellent place to practice therapy.   We want to add value to the lives of each partner.  We want each Still Waters partner to thrive and to love being a part of this group.  We want Still Waters to be your best place to practice and a delight in your life.

If you're an Alabama licensed psychotherapist with biblical skill and knowledge, and if our mission and vision at Still Waters resonates with you, we'd love to talk.
