Win WDJC's Your Mind Matters Mental Wellness Package
​WDJC Christian radio, Still Waters Counseling, and Sojourn Counseling are teaming up to celebrate Mental Health Awareness Month in May by giving away a Your Mind Matters mental wellness package...

Still Waters Counseling is contributing a one-day workshop "Under My Feet:  Conquering Anxiety" and a gift bag containing two books, 'The Anxiety and Worry Workbook: The Cognitive Behavioral Solution", by David Clark and Aaron Beck, and,  "You're Going to Make It: 50 Morning and Evening Devotions to Unrush Your Mind, Uncomplicate Your Heart, and Experience Healing Today", by Lysa TerKeurst
 
Sojurn Counseling is contributing 10 sessions of Microcurrent Neurofeedback (MCN).  MCN provides very gentle brain stimulation, restoring your brain's balance to aid in treatment of anxiety, PTSD, insomnia and other mental health issues.
 
WDJC will randomly select four winners and one grand prize winner.  All four winners will receive the Still Waters workshop and gift bag and the grand prize winner will also receive the 10 MCN treatments.

Kaye Represents at The Birmingham Bible Reading Marathon
Still Water
s' very own Kaye Jones helps keep thing going at the 2023 Birmingham Bible Reading Marathon (BBRM).  If you don't know about the BBRM, you need to!  Volunteer readers work around the clock to complete an uninterrupted public reading of the entire bible (Genesis 1:1 - Revelation 22:21).  This four-day event includes continuous reading and worship.
